Payment & Billing
Clearborne is operated by DUOLA INTERNATIONAL TRADE HOLDINGS LIMITED, registered in Hong Kong (Room D07, 8/F, Kai Tak Industrial Building, 99 Fuk Wa Street, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon, Hong Kong). Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.
Supported payment methods
Clearborne uses secure checkout through established third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Airwallex, and/or PayPal. The methods available at your checkout will be shown at the payment step before any charge is made. Typical methods include:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported by your device
- Additional regional payment methods, where offered by the payment provider
Accepted currencies
Orders are billed in USD or EUR, depending on your checkout configuration. Other display currencies may be shown on the website for browsing convenience only; the actual charge is made in the order currency confirmed at checkout.
Payment security
- Payment details are entered into and processed by the third-party payment provider.
- Clearborne does not store full card numbers.
- All payment data transmission relies on the payment provider's PCI-DSS compliant systems.
Payment confirmation
An order is marked as paid only after the payment provider confirms the transaction via a verified webhook. Until then, your order is recorded as pending and does not enter production or shipping.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, you can return to checkout and try again, use a different payment method, or contact support@clearborne.com.
Refunds and disputes
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider to the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment provider and your bank (typically 5–10 business days). For return and warranty rules see Returns & refunds and Warranty.
