Shipping policy

Clearborne ships internationally to supported destinations shown at checkout. Below is what to expect between checkout and your front door.

Order processing time

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders received on weekends or public holidays start processing on the next business day.

Prescription lens processing

Prescription or customized lens orders may require additional production time for prescription review, lens cutting, mounting, and quality control. Progressive, prism, and high-index lenses can take longer than single-vision lenses.

Estimated delivery time

Standard international delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier. Express options, where available, are faster and shown at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided by email when available after dispatch. You can also look up an order from the Track Order page using the email and order number from your confirmation.

Shipping regions

Clearborne ships internationally to the destinations listed at checkout. If your country is not selectable at checkout, we are not currently able to ship there.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs, available service levels, and any free-shipping threshold are shown at the shipping step of checkout before payment.

Customs and import duties

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local handling fees charged by their country or carrier. These charges are not collected by Clearborne at checkout and are billed by your local carrier or customs authority on delivery.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Delays

Delivery estimates may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or local conditions outside of our control.
